I had seen those but thought they were brushed. But I can see that they are not. I love would to see them with a darker center. Thanks for those pics.

We don't do nearly as many grey or gunmetal centers as we do Smoked Titanium, Black, or our new Black Diamond finish which is a super dark tinted clear that shows the grain of the aluminum through the dark tint so there just aren't that many pics of all of our styles in grey but I can honestly tell you from 15+ years as a designer, that if you like the color and you like a particular finish, you will love them on your car. People get too hung up on what their favorite wheel looks like in their favorite color but it's like wondering if Scarlett Johanson looks good in a grey bathing suit. She's going to look good. So will your car.
Rated-Xes are the same way. They look good in any finish on any vehicle ranging from 33 Fords to Tri-Five Chevys, Camaros, Mustangs and Chevelles and even 2010 Challengers and full size pickups. My wife even has them on her Jeep Liberty.

Thanks Jason. I know you talk to a ton of people but I spoke to you at the FT. Worth Goodguys. I was over at the Mast booth right across from yours most of the time. These wheels are going on that 70 Maverick project we talked about. Are you going to make down in March?

Ya, I totally remember talking to you. You cracked me up! Hell, you know me well enough to just call and talk about the project. We had a great time at the show and it's definitely one of the events we want to get to again next year but not sure if it will be March, October or both yet.

Jason, I need wheels for my 68 RS/SS ragtop. I do not plan to tub the car but I want the deepest dish I can get for the rear (17"). In your opinon whats going to look the best for my ride ? I'm struggling with the finish and design to go with my grey ragtop. I do like the Rated X wheels
Your thoughts ?

Nice car, Max! You can't go wrong with the Rated-X and it will definitely transform the look instantly. For the finish, I would go with our new Black Diamond on the centers and polished lips. I would also consider 18s to fill out the proportions a little better.
I did not see the Black Diamond finish on the website. Do you have any pics of that finish? If you come in March I will treat you to some good TX BBQ it will set you free!

thanks Jason it's going to be the Rated X or the Live Wire 18" with the Black Diamond. This is the fun part of owning one of these cars. Selecting the wheels and tires !

Oh hell yes! I love BBQ and it isn't exactly east to get in the PNW!
The Black Diamond is new and the site isn't. In fact, an update and facelift is on the New Year's to do list.
