GTO brakes

Can someone tell me if the caliper and rotors from say an '05 GTO are the same that are on the Corvette?

Wanting to do a "LS1" brake upgrade and my brother-in-law still has the brakes from his recently totaled GTO.

I just need to know if they will inter change with some 'Vette parts and if I can use them say with the Kore3 brakets

The actual caliper is the about the same, the abutment/bracket is not. The GTO holes are closer together and staggered. Here is a picture to compare. Also GTO rotor is a metric bolt pattern not 4 3/4" like the Vette.

You could use the calipers and buy the Vette abutments and KORE brackets and rotors.
