Can you use the dissy cap and rotor from a 96 onto a 94 as i ordered the wrong 1 doh.

NOPE, 92-94 are one type, 95 and later are different

The later ones are just vented but will bolt on. Some guys convert their earlier optispark to be vented and use the later model cap. Personally I would do the conversion and keep the later cap. The optispark need all the help they can get.

You mean still drill out the holes on the early body and vent and still use the later cap as part on the mod.?

yes, one vent is on the cap and the other vent is in the body on the later models. Your early opti just has 3 holes in the body to act as a drain. keep the cap and do the mod to the body to add a vent tube and fill the other two holes.
