      help with tire sizing

im going to be going with the gunmetal coys c5 wheels, 22s in the rear and 20s up front. the thing is, im not exactly sure on which tire size to use, i have a 69 chevelle. i want the sidewalls on the tires to be as close to the same height as they can, but im having a tough time figuring out which tire sizes. i initially thought a 295/25/22 in the rear and 275/30/30 up front, but with the rear wheels only being a 22x9, im not sure a 295 would fit properly on a 9 inch wheel, as well as a 275 fitting properly on an 8.5 inch wheel up front. i found a photo of this exact setup in another thread and the guy said these are the tire sizes he used, but he hasnt been active on the site for a couple years so i cant ask him to be certain. any help would be greatly appreciated

I've always like this tire calculator. It gives you the sidewall height, overall dia, and section width.
