Coursey

I am having trouble figuring out which wheels will look best on my 1966 Nova.
I was looking at the following? Or will take suggestions if anyone has a better idea.
Pics would be great.

I will be installing a camaro LS1 disc brake conversion this winter. I am looking to get a 17" wheel (maybe 18").

If your looking for a fully polished wheel, Billet Specialties is known for having the best polish in the industry and out of all the wheels we sell, I have to agree. I vote for the SLG 60

Tough one. I like the new Mag wheels but last time I talked to BS they were still awhile out from production. The SLG60 is a sharp looking wheel as well. I really do not think you go wrong with any of your choices. I could also cut you something like the NewGen Splitters we put on our 67 Nova

Or the NewGen Thrashers just to throw a few more choices in the mix!

Have you installed these on a 2cd gen nova? If so, do you have any pics.
I have been looking at every car show and on the net for a nova with these.

No, sold a few sets going on Camaros, but not on a Chevy 2 yet

Coursey, I really like the Mag wheel...plus it would give some variation to the white paint on your car.

Of the 3 you listed I think the mag-g would look the best. It kinda seems like you like the classic 5 spoke look which is a good look, but I also think a salt flat looking wheel like boyd bonneville, curtis speed lakester, bonspeed superstar would compliment your car nicely

I vote OTHER.... I would go with either Torq Thrust D's or O's(Originals) for that classic look.

Slg 60
Wheel choice is a tough call. boils down to personal preference. There are several wheels that would look right at home on your car.41703

SLX37

I voted for the SLG60, one of my favorite ones, Billet Spec. also has some of the best finishes from
all that I have heard.
I ended up with some Centerline Retros, I could not pass up on the deal at the time.
A friend bought some Billet Specialties, 'Rally' and they are a very sharp wheel too.

ProWheels also makes a very nice wheel model, much like the SLG60, I believe it is the Jet 5.
https://static1.pt-content.com/images/noimg.gif
CenterLine has a 'Retro', again very similar to the SLG60 as well.

I have Intro Pentia wheels on my nova,17x7 front and 18x12 rear, and they resemble the slg 60. I like them, my vote is for the 60.

I want to ask first, what size wheels are you after? Some wheel styles look better in certain diameter and widths than other.....

I am looking for a 17"x7".
That is one of my problems, all the wheels are always displayed on a 20", i know they will look different on a 17". Also, the wheels i like i can not find on display anywhere close, or at any car shows.

Hee dave, is that a picture from my Photobucket album?
I think so...I love the SLX37. I bought that set for my 55 Chevy Bel Air. 20"rear and 18"front.
later on I thought: I wish I had bought a full 20"set. Now they don't make them no more. too bad.
SO I VOTE FOR THE SLX 37 !!!!

I purchased them through Mitchell at Newstalgia Wheel. Excellent customer service. They also have a great wheel visualizer which allows you to try out a bunch of different wheel/tire combos.
