Forgeline has a nice selection of step lip 3 piece wheels. I can also get the 3 piece NewGen Lites in a step lip if you want something little different. We are here to help if you have any questions.

I can email you a photo of a NewGen Lite, 19", in step lip. The first customer to buy a set, Mr. Vengeance, doesn't want us posting them up for everyone to see just yet.

18x9 up front and 18x11 in the rear.
Here is a better shot of the rear fit and step lip on the wheels.

Check out NewGen Lite's on a couple of cars on this board - teaser pics on a 70 Nova and a mocked 68 Camaro running them and they look sweet. Jon WILL work you up a good deal on whatever you choose!

I've heard that these are a really high quality wheel. They're a stepped lip, complete range of custom backspacing options, and the price doesn't seem too outrageous.

Whoops! Disregard that last post. I missed the fact that you are discussing 3-piece designs.
