what did you do with your trim around the windows and the post?
I was thinking about cutting the post out and making it a hard top.

I just left the post trim just gave it a polishing, its not in the best of shape but its what I could afford at the time. I have a 67 tempest sedan that I was thinking I would like to remove the trim and clean up the frames and just paint them but not sure how much work I would get myself into. If you make yours a hardtop I would love to see how you do it maybe I would do that on my 67. Here are a couple pics. Still need to finish and modify a few things but its close.

Thanks, it was my first complete build. I did everything on it, only thing I paid someone to do was the alignment.
Post some pics of your 64 when you get a chance.

It is actually mustang cobra. I was into heads up racing with my 97 cobra at the time I joined this sight. Cutting Edge has some sweet looking rides! I like the independent rear.
