Finished painting this weekend after shaving drip rails. Still need cut and buff. Hopefully will be able to drive it before the snow flies.

Love it.
What size rear tire are you going to run?

Nice modifications. I'd be concerned with the 8" failing and the chassis flexing. Are you going to add any other reinforcing metal/tubing... subframes, cage, front end bracing, etc?

This is the front end which has been greatly reinforced. Also has subframe connectors and a 4-point going in. I agree that the rear may be the weakest link. Plan on doing a 9 inch and tubs next season.

The front looks stout from the looks of it. I'm use to seeing a cross brace and/or export brace in an engine bay.

Will you be getting a few dyno pulls anytime soon?!

Thanks for showing the picture of the front end without panels. I was wondering how you managed to get everything in that small engine bay. Car looks great.

I absolutely LOVE your car! One of my fondest car memories is of the '65 Fastback I had just before moving off to college back in the mid-80's. What awesome cars they are.

Great build!

Thanks for all the kind words. Probably no dyno #'s til the spring. In the process of powder coating all the trim 20% gloss black. Will post more pics after the trim is installed.
