As I understand it, the C5 calipers have a limited number of wheels they will fit on, correct?

What is the main problem with fitment? Are the caliper too tall hitting the inside of the wheel rim? Or are they too wide, hitting the backside of the wheel face? Or both?

I've heard they don't fit if your running American racing wheels TTII's, but has anyone tried them using the American racing Hopster wheels?

Thanks for the help,

I used the speed tech bracket (C5caliper,C4rotors) and followed the instructions and everything fit.. 17's billetspecialties rims. On this site they say that the TT2's fit..

Fitment depends on wheel width and backspacing. Please check using the templates on our site. www.touring-classics.com For licensing reasons the C5 calipers we offer have the "Corvette" logo machined off. If you are using calipers with the logo keep this in mind. Our templates will not reflect the raised area for the logo. A 5/16" wheel spacer will allow our C5 kit to work on a 17x7 4.5"bs TT2. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help. I downloaded the template and it looks like I'll need a spacer also.
The only clearance issue I have is at the very corner of the caliper at the top.
Is there any other way to do this without using a spacer?
Thanks,
