Well, I got my bachelor's degree in Entrenepreneurship and Strategic Management about 5 years ago and went to work instituting lean logistics in distribution centers.

Fast forward to "the great recession" and I did what many would consider COMPLETELY STUPID - quit my job.

I am now 33 and finally think I know what I want to be when I grow up! A Mechanic. Quit my job to return to school for the local CC's Comprehensive Automotive Program.

1 year from now, I'll be through with the school and well into a job with a company-any company that will have me. 3 years from now the goal is to have stared my own shop.:fingersx:

I am totally excited about the change and felt like sharing

I started school today also to finish up my BSME. My Calc II teacher is from Hungary and taught in the Soviet Union in 1951... FML. :)

Seriously, best of luck on your new endeavors. Doing what makes you happy, IS doing what's "right".
