ive asked before a few years back when i was planning on doing this but i never got around to it and am just now getting back ready. the year one camaro the white and orange one had a 4th gen camaro console with a custom 4 guage pod in the front between the console and dash. i remember seeing a bunch of pics and had them saved on my laptop which lucky me since then crashed. does anyone have any info on this i know brp built it but cant find anything on it now. i need a pod to hold my 4 2 1/16 gauges right there.... or any other ideas im tryin to do this myself so fiberglass may be out im not to good at that. to make it look right. and flow well.

It is called the NOV8TR (innovator). Here is a link to the year one website. It was built by Ghostworks garage at Year One.

Hmmm . . . maybe that is how Larry got the name for his car.

If you have a 68 or 69 stock console you could simply buy the four gauge pod that autometer or Anvil make for that application. Would be the low cost and simple solution.

when i first put my 4th gen console in my 69, i just looked at the pics of the yearone camaro and built my own out of masonite and covered it in leather, it looked just like theirs. i think they made theirs out of aluminum. i purchased a new dash a couple of years ago though and took it out.
