What size/type is the caliper to guide pin bolt?

I believe the GM p/n is 14067559, and are $3.57 ea. I will need 8 if they same F/R.

If it is a standard fastener, I’d rather source from Fastenal.

Thanks. Does the bolt have a flange head or std hex head?

I replaced mine with grade 8 (probably overkill) flange head bolts from the hardware store. I think the total for all 8 was less than $3.57. I used blue loctite.

I'm thinking a 35mm L and a flat washer or a 30mm no washer:

If you're talking about the fasteners that attach the C5/C6 calipers to the guide pins, those are Class 10.9 M8x1.25 x 20mm hex head cap screws (HHCS) with pre-applied threadlocker. The only reason that I can see why GM recommends replacing those fasteners (and supplies them with new calipers) is due to the threadlocker. The front and rear C5/C6 calipers use the same fasteners.
