I thought the difference was the M series were geared more for modern cars with a large offsets.
The 2's are are for more of a mid to low offset. Oder gen cars.
Plus as said, no stepped lip on the M series.
There is quite a difference in the spokes as well.

The TTM's are basically Mustang Bullitt wheels, a one piece cast wheel. The TTII's use a cast center welded to a rim, this gives you more options when choosing offsets. The TTII is a better looking wheel in my opinion.

Yes, The M wheels are one piece, and casted and marketed towards the mass produced cars like the new Mustangs, Chargers, 300C's, etc. The TTII's are two piece, so they are welded to a custom offset for custom apps, like muscle cars, etc. The TTII's are better looking for a classic car.. but that is opinion.
Simply put, TTII"s are for classic cars, and M's are more targeted to mass production vehicles.

Sure happy to help you. We have a long outstanding good relationship with Wheel Pros (owners of American Racing now) and they are right in our backyard, and we get deliveries from them daily, so we would be the easiest to order these from, and priced competitively. Let us know if we can help!

M just is not the way to go man, its just not the right wheel, or offset for your car. The TT 2's are custom built, and will look right, and you wont' have to use any spacers, and you will have a deeper lip on the rear wheel than the front, so everything looks the way it should on a muscle car. Between the two, I wouldn't even consider the M.

Trust me..i would love to get the tt2's but theres a $500 swing between the different styles..could use the cash for other items to get me rolling...kinda why im lookin for some pics of the M on cars.
Guys are also talking about the Summit legends but I really havent seen any sizes I could use in that brand.
Heres what I'm finding: 17x11 rear for mini tub 17x8 front
Custom sizing TT2'S=$1320 free shipping
Standard issue sizes TT2's $1074 free shipping
***
M =standard size 17x 10.5 rear 17x8 front $740 for all four
Open for all comments and opinions and pics please.

I don't get it either cause they do have a stepped lip. It's more noticeable on my front wheels though cause they don't have as deep as of a lip as the rears.

M is a one piece cast wheel.
what you see is what you get.
Torque thrust II is a two piece wheel that can be made to order.
