Converting my 1978 firebird to ls1 & t56. I'm looking for info on what kind of problems i may fall into. As far as a know i will need an adapter kit for the motor mount and i may need a vette oil pan. If anyone can give me some info on what I should probably be prepared for that would be helpful thanks.

I used the BRP LS Conversion kit and am happy. I went with the F-body oil pan, not the CTS, for extra clearance. Don't know about later years, or being a Firebird, but a Corvette "batwing" oil pan will not work.
