      Baby's got some new shoes

Scrounged up some $$$ and got some new wheels and tires. My work started doing business with Showwheels USA (Actually Australia).
They are Streeter wheels in 17's and 18's with Nexen N3000 Tires 245/45-17 and 255/45-18. Yes it's a budget tire and wheel combo, but they ride nice and are quiet. I also get to step out of the 16's and some cooler wheels. Check it

Hey, those are damn good looking on your car, whether or not they are a bargain or not---good choice--especially since they were a deal!

Thanks. The wheels where what I was actually looking to get so it's a win win for me. More Business less bling.
They start at $165 for 17's and $185 for 18's.
$20 more for polished if that's what you like.

Now you need to lower the rear a bit to get those big wheels in that tub and get the right stance!

My dad just bought a set for his 68 Camaro from a place out in CA on ebay called Custom Wheels Market. I think the brand on the center caps says Rev wheels. They look very similar to yours.

The only thing I am not happy with is that the lug holes are very tight and the bolt pattern seems a little off. By the time you tighten the 4th and 5th lug nuts it is impossible to get the socket on the nut because it is too tight a fit.

Otherwise a nice looking wheel with a nice price.

      The web-site is www.showwheelsusa.com
Check out the Holdens in there gallery. It's actually an Australlian based Company that is setting up shop in Orange County, CA. I spoke to the owner and he's a great guy and plans on expanding his size offerings and then to expand styles. Says he wants to stick with limited styles and sizing for classic and modern Muscle cars to keep production costs and in turn retail prices down and still offer a quality product. I'll have a couple on display at the Good guys show at the O.C. Fairgrounds on May 15-16th.
