I searched in Seattle and the first place I looked had a set out of an 04 and wanted $650 each. Does that sound about right?

I think that is WAY high for those seats. I got a heck of a deal on mine & probably shouldn't say what I got. ;-)

You can get a set of front & rear seats anywhere from $400-$1,000, depending on the vendor and the condition/color, the red ones seem to fetch a premium. I have seen many sell in the 600-800 ($US) range in decent condition, perfect condition are of course higher...
If you are going to recover them to match your interior, (or cover up the 'GTO' stitching) a set with a tear or a puncture could be a real bargain. Just make sure the switch assy. are in good shape, as they are pricey to replace ($250 IIRC)

You Monte SS guys are going nuts with those GTO seats! lol. They are comfy though.. heavy, but very nice. I can't wait until I can pitch the stock seats!
