Power Bear Claw and shaved door handles

I was curious if anyone has used this kit or something similar?

I am planning on installing shaved door handles on my 1969 Camaro and the stock door latches are both shot. With this kit it looks like I would be able to replace the stock latches with the power bear claw. Not worried at all about fabrication or welding.

Just a reminder: if you shave your door handles, you'll most likely fail tech at nearly all race tracks.
