where to buy bulk 60's interior fabric

I gave SMS a call today, their website does say they're the largest! Seems like you could get damn near any interior fabric you want there.

Unfortunately,....when I called, it was like I was speaking a foreign language or something. :) I mean, I spent a good 10 minutes (or more) just trying to explain the stock GM material I was looking for to put into my 66 Impala convertible.
I finally just gave up from utter mental exhaustion. :bicycle:


I wonder if Jo-Ann Fabric has anything that would look mid-60's-ish?

They gave it, have not found anything they don't have. Best to find a pic and send it to them. They have thousands and thousands of patterns. The sales people may not be familiar with some of the odd requests

You are right about the pricing, but I have not seen 60's GM interior fabric in my Jo-Ann. Maybe some 80's headliner material, and some 70's couch material.
