I installed the LED tail lights made by United Pacific in my 67 Camaro RS. Everything seems to work right until the trun signals are activated. When either turn signal is activated the tail light on the opposite side will stay lit but the brake lights wont turn on. I have an older Ron Francis wiring kit in the car and installed the Electronic flashers made for the LED lights. Any Ideas what would cause this?

Did they work fine before? If so, remove the new flasher and try the old flasher. Are they lighting up bright or dim? If dim, you have a bad ground somewhere causing voltage feedback through faulty ground.

They worked the same with the original flasher installed. The original lights worked correctly. The LED's that I installed plug into the 1157 socket.

check your grounds, you probably have a voltage back feed through a bad ground

Do the new flashers have two or three terminals. If they have three, do you have them connected correctly?

I had that problem and my emergency flashers were on causing this.

Thanks for the help. It was the turn signal switch.
