It has been slow progress, but I have finally put power to the car. As soon as I connected the positive lead I heard a relay on the engine harness energize. I am using a EZ2Wire harness and am not sure what relays it has built in other than hi/low fan and fuel, nor did I have time tonight to test them.
The thing I am perplexed by is that I walked around the car and noticed that the two rear marker lights were on and one tail light. The headlight switch and brake switches are not installed currently, so no issue there. Could it be a ground issue? I have battery to block, block to frame (large braided straps) and frame to body. Also, with the key off I am getting 6v at the radio lead, but 12v with the key on. Any ideas? Thanks.
