c6
I've got this c6 transmission laying around that I've had for about a year and was wondering if it was worth the time to get it rebuilt to handle my sbf without having to go out and grab a t-56 like I was originally gunna do...what do you guys think?

The C6 will work but most people build the C4, therefore the aftermarkets supports the C4 with more parts. i would look into Performance Automatic. I have their parts in my C4 case. Im very happy. But it is more of a street/strip trans now. I dont have a drive. Just 1,2,3. Whatever gear i put it in, its in. Its a full hard shift every time. No being easy with downshifts.
But a C6 may handle the power you expect with less upgrades. The input shaft may be ok but i would look into upgrading the planetary gears.

The t56 would be fun if you dont beat on it tooo much and bang!
