rack&pinion in a BBC 69

anybody experience with a steeroids rack&pinion setup and a BBC in a 69 Camaro? installed it a couple days ago and new engine is still on cradle unassembled. what i´m a little curious of is, that my moroso kicked out pan got it´s oil drain plug on the front and that´s gonna be real tight. on the steeroids tech-page they say, that they use moroso pans on they´re test ride but i´m a better believer to people who bought it and installed....
