I took these wheels off my bmw to see how they would look on my nova. The wheels size are 20x8.5 and 20x10. It has stock suspension except the rear has in board shocks to fit a wider wheel.and it has no engine in it yet so the front sits pretty high. What yall think should i order some new 20 inch wheels or go with a set of 18s.

I think they look goofy.. I'd get a nice set of 15" Chevy Rally wheels.

No at 20's in the front... and IMHO 20's in the back is the limit on that car

I would put evetything heavy you can find in the car and take a look at it then and decide. Its gonna look bad when its a foot to tall.

Definitely no on the 20's in front. I'd probably run an 18 / 19 combo and lower it as much as possible.

A quick photoshop to show you that the wheels are not too big with a right stance.

Keep them if you like them!

PS: OK I'm biased, as I've got 20 on my ride...

20s on the back are doable. big, but doable.

20s on the front are too big.

I'd do an 18/19 combo on that car, or 18's all around. And then lower it quite a bit.

Do whatever you like, but I would go that big myself. I would probably go 18 all the way around..

Never thought I'd go this big, but once Jon over at Driverz got me setup, I was very happy. Here's a pic for reference.

Now, there are lots of folks who think you will ruin the car by putting this size on, and on the flip side others will like it. I could care less at this point what people think, although it is nice when people appreaciate the car. Build it the way you like would be my advice. Opinions are nice, but they will vary as seen by your responses.

Here's my opinion on your setup. In order for that big of a tire and wheel to look right, you will need to get the car low over it. The photoshop pic looks great, although at that ride height you will most likely have to go narrower on the tires to get them to fit. People will hate on you for that as well--calling your front tires "Pizza cutters"--LOL--and the like. I would call Jon or Justin at Driverz Inc for these types of fitment issues---they can help right away.

It all boils down to stance. I really like a 18 front 19" rear. If you need help please feel free to give us a call at the shop. We can help get you going in the right direction.

jon at driverzinc..... 18/19 or 19/20 and call it done. 20s all around still dont look right to me.

19/20 with the right stance can be pulled off and look GREAT!

I agree with this statement. With the right stance, they look good, but put a taller tire than that on the rear. Preferably I would run a 19x8 and a 20 on the rear. Search for street3285, we put 19x8s on the front of his and a 20x10s on the back, with a 305/35/20. He of course is mini-tubbed.

I am a fan of the larger wheels, and agree that once it is lowered it will look a lot better.

Everything is in the stance. You can run 15's right around, but if the car is too high, it doesn't look good.
