Could someone tell me if the info that i have is correct? I have a 67 Camaro with 2" dropped spindles up front and 3" drop multileafs rear. DSE told me I could run 17X8 w/5.25 bs and 245/40 up front and 18X9 w/5.25-5.5 bs 275/40 rear with no rubbing issues. No issues with rubbing with car loaded with passengers or luggage. Does anyone run this combo or have any input? It would be greatly appreciated.

I would prefer a backspace on the front wheels closer to 4.75 to 5.00. 5.25 will be sucked in a bit more then I like.

my 245's are rubbing on the inside of the frame front and rear when I turn either direction. Also when I take a road with a decent hill the outer part of the tire rubs on the inner fender?

We put guys into 18x8's with 245's all day long with no issues. Like Frank said, the 5.25 bs will suck the wheel in a little further than we like to see but to each their own.
While you've got the specs dialed, the proportions will be a little off because you can safely fit 18s up front and the 17 won't fill up the front as nicely as the 18 fits in the back and you'll be a little disappointed in the end result. The typical reason for staggering the diameters is when you have more diameter than will comfortably turn up front so I would suggest all 17s or all 18s or my favorite on a 67-68, 18s and 19s.
