Man, after reading that last thread, this question seems weak but here goes. I'm looking at a set of arms with +/-4 camber adjustment and I think that hotckis and gw are around 6. I already know I'm going with a taller ball joint and the car is strickly street driven. Is 4 enough? Great now I've got the theme to "8 is Enough" in my head.

Are you sure you mean camber? Most arms have some additional caster built in.

No I screwed up. I was checking out arms while taking a break from report cards and didn't read everything before I jumped. I got caster and camber confused. I just reviewed it.

"Most" tubular arms have atleast 4 deg of positive CASTER built in none of them, that i know of have any additional Camber. the tall ball joint will add camber gain.
a normal "performance wheel alignment on a first gen could run the caster in the +4 to +5 deg range toe at arround 1/16 toe in and .25-.75 deg camber
so any of the reputable control arm brands would work for your application
