so i have a set of original magnesium wheels on my 65 mustang, this is a drag car. the mags are only for street. But here is my question.

What tires are available in a 245/60/15 with a street tread. anyone know of anything??

the reason i ask, i want to upgrade from drums to disc in the front. i want a nice light weight wilwood setup. but i cant find the 10.75" rotor thats fits a 14" wheel. so i might need to step up to a 15" wheel for the street. I have a set of 15" centerline autodrags for the strip.

but i dont want to really want to get rid of the mags. so i might have another car for those wheels to go on. but i will need to get tires eventually. i want to plan with the end in mind.

If you go with the Baer Serious Street set-up, they will fit with your 14" wheels. I have them on my 68' Camaro and run 14" rallye's with no problem.

I'm not sure if they offer them in aluminum. You'll have to contact Baer to find out.

im pretty sure they still make bfg radials in 245/60/14. I ran that size on my old style americans before i tore my car down. Though my tires were kelly chargers
