Anybody use a diiferent screw for mounting the fuse block to the firewall? The AAW kit has 2 sheetmetal screws that screw in from the inside and I don't want an exposed screw on the other side of the firewall. Will a stainless machine screw with nut and locking washer work?

How about a rivet?

How about cutting the head off and welding it to the metal then install fuse box and install 2 nuts if possible?

Drill it through and install bolts with nuts. Have the nuts face inside. You can use black oxide, stainless or paint the bolts to match your fire wall. Apply a little strip caulk to the bolt heads if you are worried about leaks or scratching the paint.

I did this for my AC
