Here is the deal, I'm using an Art Morrison chassis for my project and would like to use the C6 front suspension. Problem is, I'm using Viper wheels and brakes (calipers & rotors) as well. I can get the bolt pattern solved by sending the hubs to Moser and having them plugged and redrilled to fit the 6x4.5" bolt pattern. The next question is regarding centerbore and fitting the Viper wheel on the C6 hub. Can any of you Wheel folks tell me if the centerbore on the Viper wheels is the same as the C6 Vette wheel? I've seen both hubs online, but don't have either to get a caliper on them.



Next question, if the centerbore is different, can a 6x4.5" bolt pattern wheel be built to fit that hub? I don't see why not but I need to find out. I do really dig the Forgeline VR3P, since the VR1 is no longer built anyway... Thanks.

I finally found a site that could give me some info on the centerbores of both Vipers and Vettes. Apparently the Viper has a bigger centerbore, 71.5, than the Vette, 70.3. Now I have to find some hubcentric rings. I haven't found anything yet for these sizes, does anyone know of a company building custom hubcentric rings? Thanks to all.

We can handle that with Forgeline. No problem. we can also make specific front wheels and rear wheels. No Problem mon!

Considering the 1.2 mm difference in hub to centerbore, is a hubcentric ring needed, or better yet, can it be made that small?
