65 Z16's had a 3:31 non-posi gears that would lay down two black stripes for a block or so'



anyway to set up a stock 3:42 '93 silverado non-posi rear the same??

i will have a rear sway bar if that makes any difference.

I am not sure what it is you are asking? I think it was more about the 396 in the chevelles that made the block long black marks not the 3:31 gears and I am not so sure they were non-posi either.Are you wanting a burnout king or :dunno:

BTW you got my attention and I am sure others when you had Z-16 in your headline. Call me if you have one you do not want :naughty:

not looking for burn out king just want it to hook a little w/o 1 wheelin'.
z16's did have a non-posi, i think i had to do with the rearend set up or maybe weight transfer. i do know that most every 'tech' arcticle i have read on them has mentioned the 3:31 set up.

oh, yeah i do have an extra z16 'out in the barn'.
