Just ordered my new wheels for the Mustang. Part of the major mods for next year - hoping to have it all done and ready for next sumer.

Went with Rushforth Wildsides - full polish, no rivets, thin mounting pad and max rear dish

18x7.5 with 4.75"

18x9.5 with 4.25" will narrow the rear end 2".

Tires will be BF Goodrich T/A KDWs 225/40/18's and 275/35/18's

Anyone have any reviews on those tires? I've heard they are kind of noisy?? My car is quite loud so I didn't think this would be an issue - I also like tread design...

End of the week I'm hoping to order my complete TCP Suspension - Coilover Front suspension and rear G Bar. I'm looking forward to the better handling for next year, not to mention the better visual appearance.

Here's the site to my car, check it out prior to mods...

Getting them from Blake at Killer..... He had Gary measure everything up, check clearancing etc. Nice thing now is that I'll have wheels that will clear my brakes without spacers!! Should look pretty good I think...

Correction***

Found out 1/2" sizes weren't available, so with the help of Gary and Blake at Killer we worked out some new sizes and backspacings..

18x8 for the front 5.25" backspace - will probably run a 245/40/18

18x10 for the back 4.75" backspace - will probably run a 295/35/18 rear end to be narrowed approx 2.5" and bottom part of lower wheel well to be re-worked..

This wait is gonna kill me....

Does anyone have any pics of a 295/35/18 on a 10" wide wheel?

sweet car man!
i also have rushforths right now, not the same model, but i love em. great design and for me, he's a local guy, so it's a little local support.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I think with the new wheels and tires... and have now decided on a complete air ride suspension, the car will get a major attitude adjustment :smoke:
