I was wrestling with rusted bolts tonight and I was curious if any of these is really better than the other for rusted/frozen bolts.

GM heat valve penetrant, also sold under the "Liquid Wrench" brand. not the regular Liquid Wrench, but the "foamy" Liquid Wrench or something like that.

PB has always worked best for me, an overnight soak with PB, a few light taps with a hammer, and I haven't had a bolt (well that wasn't already stripped to oblivion) that I couldn't remove.

PB and heat and a hammer.

Or a drill and tap after it breaks! Lol!

The GM Heat Valve Lube works great but when I got a free sample of PB Blaster.......damn that will loosen bolt on the Andra Doria with an overnight soak.

Kroil or PBB. WD40 is not a good penetrant.

I wouldnt use pbblaster to start a fire, rippoff.
If it takes allnight to soak in.
Cyclo Break Away
Kano Aero-kroil
Sea Foam Deep Creep
K&W Knocker Loose
The gm heat valve lube is from Chevron, just like port fuel injector cleaner is Techron.
My favorite stop gap to sprays is heat a pure synthetic motor oil.

Oh nad if you have WD40 on certain military bases, your fired.
Way down on my list way way way down are liquid wrench products.

A friend of mine turned me onto Kroil. Haven't used any other product since. I get it from a local HVAC warehouse.
