      C3 master cylinder hookup

I'm, finally, installing my hyroboost setup with a C3 MC. The port fitting sizes are the opposite of what I have had. The C3 rear port is the larger of the two as opposed to my early stock and later C4 13" manual setups. I had hoped to just screw in my existing brake lines. Should I be using the rear port for the front brakes as usual?

      If done incorrectly......

To correct myself, the C3 utilizes the front port on the master itself, for the rear brakes and the other correspondingly to the fronts. I should have clearly stated that the line size is what my first response covered........

Isn't the front hole ALWAYS for the back brakes???

As far as brakes on a C3 ( I have one ) the front hole is for the rear brakes, the rear hole is for the front brakes...

Then I guess I need to get new fittings to make this work? I will need to get the larger line that normally goes to the rear brakes fitted in to the smaller rear port size. True?

Any theories on why the fitting port sizes are reversed. Since usually I see the smaller line go to the fronts, it will now need to be mated to the larger port opening.
