Looks exactly like a Forgeline ZX3P but that looks like a HRE center cap.

Might be a custom center cap, but not an HRE one. There is too much going on to be the HRE crest. They look alot like Iforged wheel caps to me, possibly Monaco (http://iforged.com/us/wheels_detail.php?WhID=19) style.

I think your right, when I Look at the Forgelines , the Forgeline does have a slightly different more rounded spoke.

yeah thats what i noticed and i like the sharper look on the ones in the picture, the center cap looks like some kinda calligraphie f w/ a shield around it or something.

i've checked forgeline, iforged, 360, HRE etc and still cant figure it out

cant be iforged because on them the spokes go all the way to the lip splitting up the bolts that hold the face to the lip which i dont like
