MAF 5Pin vs 3Pin

What is the difference between the 5pin MAF and 3Pin MAF? Does the 5Pin just have the manifold air temp sendor built into it MAF itself? Is the 5 pin compatible with a 95 LT1 computer ?

I believe it has the IAT (intake air temp) sensor built in. I have not idea if it is compatible with the LT1 though. I could have used it on my LS1 conversion with some harness modification.
