1971 Chevy Nova rear Wheel max wheel width size
Will a 18x9.5 5x4.75 -4mm 5.031" backspacing Rim fit on a stock '71 chevy nova rear end? If not, what would I have to do to have it fit without lifting the car to much? Also, what size tire should I run?

Not with that back space. Too close. You'll need at least 5.5-5.75" depending on your car. I recommend rolling the lips on all Novas.
A 285 tire would be perfect on that rim.
