      Yes, I put 22s on a Camaro

No, not a 1st gen. The 2010 SUV sized Camaro! OEM tires are nearly 29" tall, so 22s seem to fit.

Wheels are iForged "Sprint" in 22x9 and 22x11, with 315s out back.

Looks pretty cool. Can you lower the car to reduce the gap between the tire & the wheel whells? Then it would look really great.

Not sure if the suspension is adjustable to allow for that easily.

I came in here thinking I was going to hate it... It looks good. The wheels suit the car well. Will look fantastic when you lower it.

Stock suspension isn't adjustable in height, but the aftermarket will take care of that. At least three companies I know of are producing adjustable coil-over kits. I'm waiting on the Pfadt setup.

I would have never thought, but they look right at home on the car. After the car is dropped it will look killer. Nice car.

LOL I just posted there instead of here, I forgot I linked over, lol it's bedtime. Oh well, I posted this.

      It looks real good.

That is how oversized that car is, 22s don't look totally ridiculous, they in fact look proportional. too bad it isn't AWD like the TBSS they stole the SS tires from.

All you need is some 22" emblems on the front fenders. Seriously, I think they look great.

I don't know if it is the way the light hits it or what, but every 5th gen I have seen with the exception of black looks like the quarters are off color to the doors.

personally i think it looks awesome!

the one concern i have over newer muscle/sports cars is it appears that manufacturers are making wheel wells bigger and bigger; which necessitates big wheels to fill them in, which necessitates forking over big $$$ for tires. big wheels = big weight, even if they're forged. and it's not like you could run 17s or probably even 18s over those big brembos...and all that annoys me.

That is what I mean about the proportions. The marketing guys have taken over, kind of like every car on ebay with 17s is pro-touring.

I run 315s on my 17" wheel on my thirdgen camaro and they look WIDE on my car. haha. crazy..

isnt there a 21" option for camaros from the factory? 22" shouldnt look odd at all.
Only benifit I see with bigger wheels is of coarse the option for crazy big brakes. safety first right?

Looks good, I'm not not a fan of how the rear tires appear to stick out slightly in some shots... or is that the angle of the picture?

I'd like to see some 30" slicks on 15's in back with skinnies up front. (not that they would clear the brakes...)
