looking at buying new carpet to finish out the inside on my 67 camaro. They offer a 80-20 loop and a cut pile. What do you guys think looks better?

I like the 80-20 loop.

80-20 loop ... I think cut pile would look out of place in a '67
(to put it nicely :)).

I think it depends on what else you are doing for interior. Are you doing aftermarket seats, custom door panels? I put different seats and stock door panels in my 69 camaro and went with cut pile.

Jinx maybe post a pic of each. That would help me choose.

I dont have a picture of the two different styles.
My interior is stock looking but under the car is a whole different animal. :)
Thanks for the helps guys. Looks like I will get the 80-20.

I like the cut pile. Haven't seen it in a first gen yet, but it will be in mine. (as soon as I find where to order it in dark green)

Isn't cut pile carpet a better grade than 80/20?

Of course you have you noticed all the 80/20 that's being used in new cars?
Just like anything else, carpet has also improved since 1967.
