I don't have many details on this, but I measured my cousin's speedline C5Z06 wheels, mocked one up on my car, and quickly decided against trying this. The lug spacing is the same 4.75 inches, but the 'vette wheels in question here have over 9 inches of backspacing while the stock 8" second gen wheel would have 4.5 inches of backspacing. Without a spacer, the car can take maybe up to 5 inches of backspacing without limiting the wheels' turning ability too much. Soo, you'd need a really thick 4+ inches of spacing.

I'm assuming C6 wheels are very similar in size.

Maybe you could find replicas in a different size? That or you could change the actual location of the brake disc with a bunch of suspension modification . . .

I can get you some crappy pictures.
I have them on my "car" (it's not close to being together yet) and used 2" up front and 2-1/2" in the rear.
FWIW, that's what is on my car in the avatar, so you get some idea of where the fronts sit.

With adapters, it's works fine. There are plenty of thread discussing what it takes to adapt a late model, high-offset wheel to an application like your own.

I guessing that the wheels you mentioned are not original 2005 Corvette wheels as they're too small. The factory 5-spokes are 18x8.5x56mm offset (~6.84" BS) and 19x10x79mm offset (~8.68" BS).
