Power brake question

What do most people think about power brakes? I mean is power brakes necessary? My Camaro is a 383 4 speed. I'm not going to be going to the drag strip, doing any cones, just driving it. Do you guys and gals think a manual setup is ok? If so what master cylinder do you suggest? I have converted it to 4 wheel disc brakes, aftermarket, but like stock. Nothing exotic.

Power/Vac assist, Hydro assist, manual... all braking options, nothing more to light duty vehicles. It all depends on if it's setup right.

I'm going to be running stock style four wheel disc.
I've got all the body panels replaced ( wound up having to replace every panel one the car). Someone had butchered up the quarters and they had what looked like 5 gallons of bondo on each rear wheel opening, the top appeared to have at one time a vinyl top and we all know what that does, so I replaced that, one thing led to another and I replaced every panel, inner fender (front and back) radiator support, full floor, etc. Some day maybe I'll quit being so picky! The motor is built and the sub-frame has been completely disassembled, sand blasted, painted with Imron, and everything replaced there, It's supposed to be headed to paint prison in a couple of weeks. Got a lot to go but come a long way so far. I never dreamed it would take as long as it has. Between money and work it has though.
How is yours doing? weren't you going to move to Memphis? Or am I thinking about someone else?
