Power Door Lock not working

hey guys, my wifes 06 malibu driver's door lock will not work with the power lock/unlock button. is this an easy fix?

depends this car runs through the BCM (body control module) if you can get switch/panel out and test switch with volt/ohm meter for proper operation, other wise honestly ttake it to a good technician as it may require a scan tool, if you want I can email you the 3 door lock diagrams but its pretty intense even for me and I AM a tech.
