      I used flux core wire so it's not very pretty.
      Here is the size DOM I used
      * 2" od x 1.75" id
      * 1.75" od x 1.5" id
      * 1" od x 0.75" id
      The bearings are sealed with 1.75" OD and 3/4" ID.

      That looks as good as any, great job. What I really like is its a no lathe needed job. Good use of DOM tubing. SOLID!!! JR

      I made some rough drawings, I'll see if I can find them if not I'll measure it out.
      The bell crank is going to be mounted on the frame side crossmember.

      These are the bearings I used.

      Thats really close to how mine looks. Cept I dont have the lateral braces. Just one on each side coming down from the cross member to the uprights about 1/3 of the way down, from behind you cant see the side braces. My uprights (17 inches), top and bottom cross piece is 2x2x.250" tube. My plate that the pivot bolts to is 1/2" plate with I think 5, maybe 6, 3/4" holes spaced 3/4" apart. All heavily TIG welded with some major heat for penetration. I was getting sunburned LOL JR

      got the parts in yesterday got it done a little while ago

      (excuse the mess, my pour dead little truck in the background and UPS threw up on my front door last week and I'm still not done sorting parts)

      It was a little towed out when I was done so a little stress relief took care of that.
