Any need to run rear axle bumpers (snubbers) on a '67 Camaro with a G-Bar suspension and a 12 bolt rear?
At a glance, to me, it seems like the G-Bar suspension won't allow the body to get that close to the rear axle to need the bumpers.
These are the bumpers that mount on the rear frame rails.

Good question...I'm interested in that answer.

I think a 4-link is not going to allow the rear end to move that far to where it would contact. The 4-links positivity locate the rear end much more so than a traditional leaf setup.
I'm sure Frank or someone else will chime in, but being under the car and having put the rear compression as much as I could, I wasn't even close to the frame rails, I'd bottom my shocks out first.

I have started looking into this as I have had the rear bottom out. The only damage was the exhaust taking a dimple, but I plan on taking preventative action to anymore.
Oh, you don't want your shocks taking the stop, don't ask me how I know.

I have never been able to bottom one out. As low as we run the ride height on EmptyNest, it has never bottom out, but we also made exhaust tunnels for EmptyNest for more cearance above the rear between the exhaust and the rear. But with the exhaust out of the way, nothng ever bottoms. So no bumper needed

Please remove the pinion snubber, as per the instructions page 7.
