Is there such a thing as a US made 1st gen std spindle

Rick's First gen told me their disc spindle is us made (forged and machined). Yet, I read that all are offshore. I'm only looking at stock replacement, not drop spindles,etc.

Is there a verified US made replacement spindle? Does it matter?
