Looking for Baer Brakes

Does anyone out there have a contact where I can purchase a Baer Serious Street rear disc brake kit for my '68 Camaro at a reasonable price? I have a set of the Baer Serious Street on the front and want to upgrade the rear from drum to disc. Any info provided would be greatly appreciated.
