This may be a lame question but I don't really know how to approach the situation. I have hotchkis front (small block) and rear springs on my Chevelle and would like the rear to sit about 1-1.5" higher than it does right now. the front is fine, although it looks a little high in the pic...with the hood on and fluids in it comes down just enough.

The hotchkis springs are only supposed to drop the rear 1" but I didn't measure with the stock springs beforehand which were probably worn out anyways.

So, should I go back to a stock spring, or will this lift the rear too much?
Or should I go with a spacer like this one: https://www.budzter.com/spacers.html

Any other cheaper options for the spacer? I've seen them on speedway motor's website but can't seem to find them now.

I'll try to get some more recent pics of the ride height now, but it's raining pretty hard outside today (happens about once a year in Vegas). Any help is appreciated.
