Lowering front end on 67 camaro
I recently changed front tires and now I need a front end allignment. I have the QA1 coil over conversion and have lowered the front around 1.5". The problem is with the stock upper & lower a-arms. The lower a-arm bump stop only has about .5" of clearance after cutting it some. Will changing to tubular a arms give me more room on the lower bumpstop and give me more of my suspention back? I have not done the Gulstrand conversion. I don't want to waste an allignment until this is resolved. I was thinking about the Speedtech arms. The car is mainly a weekend driver/show car and occasionnal trip to the drag strip. Thanks for any suggestions.
