does the dse subframe keep the stock brake lines?

You fab your own. You might be able to adjust and retro-fit the originals, but fabbing new would probably be easier. That's what I'll be doing here soon. Also any mounts for line retainers where it transitions from hard line to flex line will have to be fabbed and added, along with any retainers you care to use for the hard lines.
