I have ats tall spindles sitting in my room because i cant afford big wheels. I actually allready have c5 brakes too. Is there some brakes out there i can buy to fit in my 15's?
thanks

I think this will do it: http://www.ssbrakes.com/commerce/detail/index.cfm?nPID=1195
You could also check with Tyler at ATS.

Are new 17" wheels and tires not an option up front? I ask because you've already got the C5 brakes which are superior to the SSBC kit linked to above IMHO and it seems silly to buy brakes twice, especially when you could probably pick up a set of 17's for less money overall.
If I'm not mistaken, Tyler has some experience with the SSBC kit so he'd be a good guy to discuss this with.

For what you'd spend on those brakes, you can get Cragar Soft 8s in 17" all the way around and tires to fit them. Yeah, the Soft 8s are heavy and not the best looking, they should clear your C5 brakes.

Agreed - a set of cheapie 17" rims will get you going. Before buying you may want to use the template from Touring Classics (Noel will probably help you out even if he didn't sell you the brakes) to make sure that they will clear. I think that the ATS setup with C5 Brakes has clearance issues on *some* 17" rims.

What is your budget anyway? Maybe we can help you find some cheap rims.

Yeah i would rather use the c5 brakes but i just cant find a nice looking wheel to fit for a good price. im thinking about VWW wheels but im not crazy about them. Maybe if they came in 18's. I just cannot spend 3 or 4 grand on wheels like so many people do. But i want a nice wheel on the car.

Nice wheels are out there if you look around
I got my Wheels from Intro for $1400 shipped (18X9.5 and 18X8)
