Caliper piston size, determining what's best

I'm checking out some Wilwood Dynalites and notice they offer three different piston sizes in the model I'm considering. How do I determine what size is best and why?

You can put your vehicle info in and try different piston sizes, rotors, leg pressure, etc to get the desired rotor torque.

Most companies, Wilwood or Baer, will have brakes packages for your vehicle to save you the time and effort of putting your own together. Be realistic in what you will be doing with the car and I am sure they will head you in the right direction.
