Are you trying to get the clutch and brake or clutch, brake and gas to the same level? The clutch and brake from the factory should be pretty close to even, with the gas sitting lower. It would not be too hard to modify the gas to sit higher, but it may be uncomfortable to drive like that. Try strapping a block of wood or something (temporary) to the pedal just to try it before you commit- you might not like it.

Stock pedals and linkage, or do you have mods?

On a first gen Camaro the brake pedal should not be higher than the clutch pedal. For driving hard or on a track, the gas pedal should be even with the brake pedal when the brake pedal is depressed hard.
David

do you have manual or power brakes?

It wouldn't be too hard to make a bracket to move the stop and the brake light switch. Of course you'll have to shorten or adjust the rod that goes to the master, but that's pretty simple, too. If you move it alot, you might have to thread the rod further (1/2" or 3/8" fine thread I think). The worst part is working under the dash.

You can adjust it by changing the clutch pedal bumper thickness. Then you will need to readjust your clutch so you have 1-1.5 inches of travel before it starts to disengage your clutch.
